Wildlife-Habitat Relationships in Oregon and Washington (Johnson, D. H. and T. A. O'Neil. Oregon State University Press. 2001)
Description:
Abstract:
The Washington Current Wildlife-Habitat Types grid was created by the Northwest Habitat Institute and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Habitat Program. Wildlife-Habitat types were mapped for all land and coastal areas of Washington state. Landsat TM data was used with ancillary data and extensive field mapping to create this 1:100,000 scale grid.
Purpose:
This grid was created for the Wildlife-Habitat Relationships in Oregon and Washington (Johnson, D. H. and T. A. O'Neil, Oregon State University Press, 2001) book and CD-ROM.
