This data set contains mapped Oregon White oak and Ponderosa pine stands within selected USGS quadrangles in Willamette National Forest. The data was created utilizing aerial photo interpretation and field data collection. Field mapping, from May 2005 to October 2006, was used to classify areas accessible and/or visible from public roads. The coverage incorporates the selected strata classifications for vegetation type, structural conditions, size, and canopy type.
